Born to a woman that was unwed, Analeigh had been loved for a while, it was until her father, a man of which she has never met, gave no claim to the daughter he gave life to, forever leaving her mother in shame. Ridding herself of the child seemed the only way to regain her status and the name of her birthright. Analeigh, at the tender age of three, had been sent off to her father’s own lands to live a life unfitting of her. The pain would serve as a lesson to her in the years to follow, while her tongue was sharp the steel in her spine was not always there. The trip to England was a trip that had the servants a buzz with chatter, she’d heard of the plans on more then one occasion but had never dreamed of being asked to join, after all her use had been all but unnecessary after Caroline had finally become of age. She’d accepted the offer, with what she had was no choice, excitement left her a nervous wreck, she hopes to find something to drag her away from the life of servitude for good.
